Abstract
This qualitative study aims to comprehensively explore the motivations, barriers, and facilitators that influence neurodivergent people’s engagement in entrepreneurship. By examining existing literature, this review synthesizes and summerizes the current knowledge on the factors that drive or hinder neurodivergent individuals from pursuing entrepreneurial ventures. The review encompasses a wide range of sources, including scholarly articles, books, reports and other relevant publications. The findings of this qualitative study will provide a foundation for future research.
