By examining existing literature, this review synthesizes and summerizes the current knowledge on the factors that drive or hinder neurodivergent individuals from pursuing entrepreneurial ventures. The review encompasses a wide range of sources, including scholarly articles, books, reports and other relevant publications. The findings of this qualitative study will provide a foundation for future research.
