Abstract
Climate change has a big impact on our lives. Some climate marches as well as climate strikes started happening. These events were attended by people of all ages but mostly by young people demonstrating for the climate. From there was born a narrative that a climate generation existed, those young activists would be a generation. We try to understand through the literature and the surveys what would be the characteristics of this "Climate generation". After having collected the information we will answer the theoretical question "Does climate mobilisation reflect the existence of a climate generation among business school students and alumni?" with the help of a survey conducted by ourselves. We collected 180 answers and tested our hypotheses with some statistical tests. There are three sets of questions in our survey to understand if a climate generation among business schools exists or if the climate urgency is a global mindset.
