Abstract
This dissertation aims to estimate the equity value of Groupe SEB in order to make a recommendation to buy or sell its stocks. My study, therefore, starts with a complete analysis of the company, its sector, and its competitors. It is followed by a detailed financial analysis based on historical and forecasted financial statements. My research ends with the valuation achieved through Discounted Cash Flow and Market Multiples methods.
