Abstract
In order to facilitate the implementation of user interfaces based on service interaction unit in multi-platforms contexts, the work presents several models from abstract to concrete user interfaces. The methodology is the following: Identify either the conception patterns and the appropriate ergonomic rules required for this modelisation. Establish a decision tree based on the developed abstract and concrete interfaces. Confront and analyse this decision tree on ERP study cases to obtain a consistent modeling of user interfaces implementation.
