The research aims to uncover effective measures for societal sustainability amid demographic shifts. By analyzing the efforts and outcomes in Japan and Europe, this study offers insights that can guide other nations facing similar issues. It highlights the achievements and challenges of various policies and seeks to identify universal solutions to global aging challenges.
