Abstract
This thesis focuses on exploring and improving the internal ownership of sustainability within companies. The main objective of this work is to identify effective methods and best practices that facilitate the engagement of all employees in the transition to a sustainable model. Through in-depth analysis, this work will examine the factors that influence employee adoption of sustainability practices, including organizational culture, communication, resistance to change, and alignment of personal values with sustainability goals. of the company.
