- This thesis explores the influence of front-line managers on employee loyalty. Through theoretical analysis and literature review, it examines various factors affecting employee loyalty, such as job satisfaction, leadership, and management practices. Emphasizing the critical role of front-line managers, the study demonstrates how their behaviors and interactions can enhance employee engagement and motivation. The findings offer recommendations for companies aiming to improve their human resource management and maintain a loyal and engaged workforce.
