- Abstract
- In the heart of the business world, internal communication emerges as an indispensable aspect that has become increasingly important over the years. Both experts and academic institutions now pay special attention to this fundamental element of business, while companies recognize the vital importance of well-orchestrated internal communication, with the hiring of specialized professionals in this field. In this era where internal communication is gaining popularity, we asked ourselves: "To what extent do companies with more than 200 employees consider internal communication important and how do they implement it?" A thorough literature review convincingly confirmed the growing role of internal communication, which is now considered a specific domain within organizations, presenting multiple approaches for optimal implementation. This literature review was linked to a practical study at the company Easi. By collecting data through semi-structured individual interviews within this company and analyzing the data using thematic analysis, we provided answers and identified best practices within the company. It appears that the company considers internal communication crucial and indispensable within their organization and takes several measures to make it effective.
