- Abstract
- The international student exchange of one semester is a way to internationalise a student's career by offering a multicultural experience. The faculty of the Louvain School of Management (UCLouvain) wants to increase the number of second-year master's students in the master's degree programs Management and Business Engineering who carry out an exchange. Based on these two facts, our thesis aims to improve the LSM exchange application procedure and thereby increase the number of exchanges. In this thesis, we have explored the literature to understand the internationalisation of which exchange is an integral part. We have complemented this research with theoretical models. We then discuss how mobility functions at LSM, complemented by students' feedback. Finally, this paper discusses recommendations for improving the application experience centred around the experiential, all implemented in an action plan.
