Abstract
Numerous projects involving the reuse of building materials are springing up in the city of Brussels. This thesis focuses on one of them, and puts forward a project proposal for a centralized materials reuse park. This proposal is studied from a theoretical angle, with a literature review, and from a practical angle, with an analysis of a pilot project that has already been carried out. An analysis is then provided via the intervention of stakeholders in the reuse community on the relevance of the project through the various points raised by theory and practice.
