In an era of dynamic digital transformation, education technology is evolving at an unprecedented pace, necessitating innovative strategies for effective engagement and strategic positioning. This master's thesis presents a comprehensive exploration of Plugnotes, a pioneering collaborative note-taking platform, within the context of the evolving digital marketing landscape. The study unfolds through three interconnected phases, unveiling a holistic approach to elevate Plugnotes' marketing prowess and strategic influence. The initial phase establishes a foundational understanding of digital marketing, spotlighting its distinctive features and relevance within the realm of B2B enterprises. This knowledge serves as the bedrock for subsequent analyses, setting the stage for informed and strategic decision-making. Building upon this foundation, the subsequent phase delves into the essence of Plugnotes, dissecting its services, and offerings. This multifaceted exploration extends beyond exposition, evolving into a comprehensive market and competition analysis. The result is a meticulous segmentation to target approach, culminating in the crafting of a unique value proposition poised to distinguish Plugnotes within a competitive landscape. The final phase bridges theory and action, evaluating Plugnotes' existing digital marketing practices. Through an empirical evaluation, a compendium of strategic recommendations is meticulously formulated. These recommendations, including leveraging LinkedIn's transformative power and refining lead generation methodologies, are poised to propel Plugnotes toward pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collectively, these phases encompass a strategic tapestry that positions Plugnotes as a trailblazer within the digital education landscape. Armed with these insights, Plugnotes is equipped to navigate the evolving terrain, pioneering innovation, collaboration, and excellence within education technology marketing.
