Abstract
Introduction : This review evaluates e-Health interventions for obesity management, exploring outcomes, intervention methods, and behavior change techniques. Objective: The objective is to comprehensively assess e-Health's impact on obesity management through diverse criteria, including weight change, BMI, dietary habits, mental health, and more Methods: Eight studies with diverse interventions and socio-cultural contexts were selected. Results: Various e-Health support methods were used, including online platforms, apps, or a mix, often with coaching involvement. Diverse BCTs were applied, showcasing obesity management efficacy over 12 and 24 months. Conclusion : E-Health interventions effectively aid obese patients in the long term, surpassing standard care and rivaling in-person treatment. Key factors include goal setting, self-management, and support, though further research on specific techniques is needed
