Abstract
Through this work, we want to understand the role of well-being at work in the organisational performance of companies. In order to do this, we took look at the theoretical description of the concepts of well-being, psychosocial risks and stress, individual performance and organisational performance. This in-depth review of the literature enabled us to confirm our hypotheses and our main research question. We can therefore state that improving well-being at work through management style and human resources management is a factor in organisational performance. We will also discuss the limitations encountered during this work, in particular the lack of empirical data.
