Abstract
This thesis project focuses on Cérélia Bakery Canada LP and attempts to provide solutions in terms of change management and technological acceptance in the context of a project to digitalize its three warehouses. This Canadian company, owned by French private equity, is an expert in the field of dough and this thesis supports its current and future projects in terms of technological development.
