Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to assist the company Biz Latin Hub in the implementation of their Corporate Awards project. Once I determined that the firm's main objective was to increase its brand awareness, I verified through the literature that these awards could indeed match it. Based on that, I developed the following research question:“Under what conditions can the organization of Corporate Awards in Latin America generate brand awareness for its host?”. Then, I collected data of various kinds to confirm or refute the hypotheses to answer the research question. Later, I went back to what BLH had already put in place as part of its awards program. Finally, all of these elements enabled me to formulate a recommendation to guide Biz Latin Hub on the more practical side of its awards project.
