- Abstract
- Cross-cultural communication can be as supporting as overwhelming because not everyone is able to interact with people of diverse backgrounds. This forces them to face the cultural differences that exist between immigrant groups and the situations on their daily basis. The objective of this work is to discover how companies managed by Latin Americans in Belgium have adapted their professional communication in a new environment by analysing their internal and external communication. This work is based on the analysis of the results of individual interviews and online surveys that were answered by Belgian and Latin American people in Belgium.
