Abstract
E-commerce has seen an astonishing growth in the last decade, this in turn created an exceptional surge in parcel volume that needs to be delivered. Due to the increasing significance, it becomes more important than ever to do this in the best way possible. While home delivery still holds customer preference in Belgium, out-of-home (OOH) delivery is much more beneficial for the environment, the shipping company and in many cases, the customers themselves. Due to this already established customer preference, it is a difficult challenge to change this to PUDO and APM delivery.
