- Abstract
- This master thesis focuses on the study of information and communication technologies (ICT) and their influence on collaboration in the entrepreneurial world. In the literature, numerous studies have been carried out on the role played by these new technologies on external communication and more particularly in the management of partnerships between different firms. In this work, we have chosen to go deeper into the structure of the company by analyzing employees' perceptions of the influence of ICT tools on collaboration between colleagues. This study will be illustrated in the particular context of telework implemented in response to the coronavirus pandemic that reached Belgium in March 2020.
