Abstract
This master thesis suggests Centurybox, a packaging company, strategies for competing in the packaging web-to-print market. The printing and packaging industries go through digitalization which changes the business strategy. Furthermore, this digitalization attracts potential new competitors that are threatening the current players in the market. Therefore, it becomes essential for companies of this sector to reconsider it and acknowledge the market modifications. This master thesis uses data collected from interviews of all the players of the value chain. The interviews' purpose was to collect the player's impression of this market and their opinion on its future. At the end of the research, three main strategies have been suggested: improving the marketing, the UX and UI design, automatizing the processes, and collaborating with other companies.
