Abstract
Re.Wild is a project whose purpose is to develop a women’s sustainable activewear brand. The future company sells sports garments made from recycled fishing nets abandoned in the sea. The dissertation has been developed at the same pace as the project development. The purpose of this dissertation is therefore to list the information and hypotheses necessary to draw up a first business plan for the future company. An analysis of tools to help create a company will be carried out and applied to the practical case of Re.Wild. At the end of this work, the company’s potential creation as well as its viability will be evaluated.
