- Abstract
- This master's thesis studies servant leadership behaviours during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thereby, it seeks to answer the research questions on whether, how, and over which contextual processes the pandemic impacts displayed servant leadership behaviours of leaders. A multiple case study approach is applied. Findings reveal that the pandemic impacts servant leadership behaviours through changed communication conditions, shifts in available time and tools, as well as changes in the behaviour of followers. Thereby, these context factors both foster as well as constrain that servant leadership behaviours are displayed.
