Abstract
This work assesses how the immunity for Omar Al-Bashir changes after he was ousted from power, on April 11, 2019, and its implications on the proceedings before the International Criminal Court in a broad sense, that is, before the Court itself and in relation to the obligations that member States and non-member States may have towards the ICC.
