Abstract
This thesis is about doing a Business Plan of a project aimed at importing one of the best coffee beans in the world and commercialize it in Belgium. Throughout this work, our aim is to analyze the feasibility as well as the viability and profitability of this project. Therefore, this work includes elements such as market analysis, a financial plan, and a profitability study, and aspects of more strategic analysis such as Porter's five forces, PESTEL and SWOT analysis. Finally, it also includes some recommendations and a critical analysis of the project.
