Abstract
ABSTRACT Objectif: Identifying treatment approaches that influence the kinesiophobia of chronic back pain (LBP) is important to help healthcares reach better outcomes. The objective of this study is to compare the effectiveness of different treatment modalities of patients with Chronic Low Back pain on the primary outcome measure: kinesiophobia, using tampa scale. Databases and data treatment: Literature searches were conducted in five electronic databases from October 2018 till February 2019. Only randomized controlled trial, systematic reviews and meta-analysis with low risk of bias are eligible. The outcome evaluated was kinesiophobia assessed using tampa scale. Two independent reviewers extracted the data and assessed the methodological quality of the included studies. Results:455 studies were initially identified through the electronic databases. After duplicates were eliminated 56 potentially eligible articles were included based on their title and summary. 10 studies are deemed relevant after full reading. Conclusion: Our study identified strong evidence supporting multidisciplinary biopsychosocial approach as a preferred treatment for chronic low back pain. Future studies a prognostic factor in LBP. Future studies are needed to evaluate the knowledge transfer that influences. The attitudes and beliefs of the therapists and therefore affects the patient’s outcomes, behavior and treatment adherence.
