Abstract
This master thesis cover the implementation and review of a new process aiming at evaluate the risks during vaccine distribution at GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines. This new process follows a real desire on the part of GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines to considerably increase the visibility they have on the primary distribution and the risks to which their vaccines are exposed. The implementation of this new Distribution Risk Assessment process will highlight the weaknesses and strengths of this new process. We will then analyze and address these weaknesses and strive to propose solutions to correct them to end up with a process that is as robust as possible.
