Abstract
Today, the need for collaboration between various stakeholders and the need for rapid delivery of quality products in the information technology sector generates an increased presence of Agile in software development companies. For example, traditional Business Process Management methods have a hard time providing business processes with the required quality and in a timely fashion. This issue mainly results from a lack of collaboration and iterative process in the Business Process Management development cycles. Various methodologies propose a path towards Agile, all derived from the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto. Slowly methods are starting to be developed to introduce Agile in Business Process Management. In the case of a startup with the intention of scaling, what would be a method for agile management of business processes? This paper proposes a framework allowing a startup to scale by identifying its priority needs in terms of business process development and managing these in an agile way to satisfy the changing needs of their customers. The framework emphasizes a short business process development lifecycle, with collaboration tools allowing people involved in the execution of these business processes to integrate their feedback. To illustrate our project, a use case study of the framework will be conducted on the company THB Holdco LLC., a startup in the media and entertainment industry launching within six months.
