- Abstract
- In 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine, leading to a bloody conflict that generated a new wave of refugees from Ukraine across Europe. This thesis analyses the impact of the Ukrainian refugee crisis in member states such as Germany, Italy, and Poland. Our work starts by outlining the chronology and the context of Ukrainian immigration, then we analyze the impact of these forced immigrations in the targeted member states and finally, we display the EU support to the Member States and provide a cost analysis to understand whether they are sufficient or not to cope with the refugee crisis in these respective countries.
