- Abstract
- Stories that have rocked us since our early childhood nearly never follow the structure of a linear narrative. And yet, in spite of these disorders, the reader's brain is able to put events back in place, so as to create meaning. Within this work, we question the relevance of paying specific didactic attention to the reading of anachronistic texts. We will seek to answer this problem precisely: in what way does the anachronistic text require cognitive processing by the reader that requires adequate tools to alleviate these difficulties ? The challenge of this work is then to target the possible difficulties caused by the reading of disorganized texts in order to propose activities to train the brain to restore order in the narrative chaos. These learning activities, led gradually by the teacher, take several forms and train various skills. It will be a question of ensuring that, in students’ eyes, reading is a moment of pleasure and a way to surpass oneself.
