Abstract
This thesis analyses the case of a company desiring to propose a system of home delivery for participating restaurants. In this paper, local search methods are explored in the aim of optimizing the delivery of those meals, reducing the delivery lateness and the total distance travelled by the delivery men. Several approaches have been tested, both statically and dynamically.
