The subject of the documentary is British TV chef Nadiya Hussain’s journey towards her mental disorder diagnosis and treatment. Originally in English, the documentary is subtitled into French. The dissertation is divided in three main sections. In the first section written in English, an overview of mental health, mental disorders, and specifically panic disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder is provided. The second section features the audiovisual translation presented as a table of the subtitles in comparison to their counterpart. In third and final main section, the translation choices made are justified based on various translation strategies.Ce mémoire académique traite de la traduction audiovisuelle d'un documentaire sur la santé mentale et l'anxiété. Le documentaire suit la chef de cuisine britannique Nadiya Hussain dans sa quête de diagnostic et de traitement de ses troubles mentaux. Réalisé en anglais, le documentaire est sous-titré en français. Le mémoire est divisé en trois parties principales. La première partie, rédigée en anglais, donne un aperçu de la santé mentale, des troubles mentaux, et plus particulièrement du trouble panique et du syndrome de stress post-traumatique. La deuxième section présente la traduction audiovisuelle sous la forme d'un tableau comparant les sous-titres au script anglais.
