- Abstract
- The purpose of this thesis is to shift the scope of disruptive innovation from executive management to the board of directors. Through semi-directive interviews, we try to understand if there exist a link between disruptive innovation and the board of director. Moreover, we will analyze the main leverages and values a board can or could bring to support disruptive innovation. Finally, we will observe what actions a board can take, both in his internal and external environment, to support disruptive innovation.
