Abstract
This paper presents different open source solutions that provide ways to implement a chatbot. The goal is to detail them and show their advantages and disadvantages. From this analysis, we hope that choosing the best framework for a specific task will be easy and straightforward for everyone. The reader will be able to build a chatbot by himself/herself knowing the forces and weaknesses of its implementation. An example of application using the open source framework Rasa is given. This specific framework is explained in details to help understand how it works.
