Abstract
Standardization is an important part of the company’s management and can be a good way to optimize the processes, especially with the development of the multinational organizations. The aim of this thesis is to create standardized procedures and tools for the African subsidiaries of BIA Group. The objective for the company is to have a better view on the material flows and be able to optimize the supply chain across all the process. In order to do that, a description of Bia Group and then a literature review will be made. Afterward, the project will be explained, and a conclusion will be made.
