- Abstract
- The aim of this research was to explore the impact of an executive education program in innovation management in Belgium on the personal career development of its participants. Through the LinkedIn platform, data on the career development of 367 participants from 2002 to 2022 were collected and compared with statistical averages to determine whether there were advantages in career development after undergoing this program. The results of this study indicated that participants in this executive education program in innovation management training spent less time on personal career development, including promotions and job changes, which compared to the statistical average data. By conducting this study in a real-time and longitudinal manner to assess the impact of an executive education program in innovation management, we could gain a better understanding of the positive influence of this training program on the career development of individuals.
