Abstract

This Master’s Thesis, elaborated with a business plan methodology, has the goal to analyse and comment the viability, feasibility, and desirability of an entrepreneurial project, Startup Pack. In this paper I trace a specific period in which theories and ideas were elaborated and validated through a scientific approach. The work consists of several analyses: starting with a market analysis, it will go through the stages of business validation, financial analysis, operational analysis and critical analysis. In the end, specific conclusions will be reached. Scientific sources and frameworks will be used. Lean Canvas, business model canvas and many other matrices were fundamental to achieve an adequate level of completeness in the elaboration of the final theories. In the end there will be a brief overview of the difficulties which occurred after the elaboration of this document. Fortunately, the team has been able to pivot rapidly from the initial idea and build a company that is scaling the European markets with the support of world-class investors.
