Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to find out how companies using innovation and crowsourcing competitions with the help of social media, can foster the creativity of their participants. To do so, online competition simulations will be used to evaluate the creativity of participants according to the type of rewards expected for the winners, the engagement of the participants as well as the perception of the constraints of these competitions.
