Abstract
The objective of our research is to pre-implement an ERP system in a Belgian SME. The problematic of the company is that different non-integrated sofware are used to run the organisation which is time-consuming and not efficient. Therefore our objective is to conduct the pre-implementation of an integrated ERP system. The pre-implementation phase, is the step before the implementation and consists in all activities ensuring the effective implementation of a software. After introducing all required topics in a first Theoretical Part, our Practical part consists in their application in the realisation of this case study. The main outcome of the research is a proof of concept based on an analysis of the SME and the design of a new ERP system using a combination of Scrum and Tropos software development methods.
