Abstract
An airport is composed of a lot of different agents and companies reunited around a common goal : to provide efficient aviation services. However, even if they share a common objective, their performance indicators are quite different. Hence, to improve the efficiency of the global process, airport collaborative decision-making needs to be put in place. The establishment of airport collaborative decision making needs a good "a priori" understanding of the different airport processes, how they interact with each other, and how they will impact the airport performance framework. The objective of this master thesis will be to improve this understanding by running appropriate interdependency analyses. Three main analyses have been conducted. The first one assesses the impact of the reduction of the fueling truck capacity. The second one investigates the influence of the agent scheduling method. The third one studies the influence of the uncertainty in the off-block time. For each analysis, interesting results about the interaction between the airport's key performance indicators have been found.
