- Abstract
- The agile literature is rapidly evolving as a response to the fast changing agile environment that keeps encountering new challenges. Besides this, plenty of agile practitioners more and more share their own experience on the internet in an informal and sometimes fuzzy way. As a result, the concepts of Visual Thinking and agile software development were increasingly coupled in a loosely way, but still no formal literature has been written to analyse how both concepts work out together. In that context, this thesis tries to combine these two concepts in a more structured way by clearly reviewing the formal and informal literature and analyse how introducing Visual Thinking could be beneficial to an agile environment.
