Abstract
Managing and assigning courses within ICTEAM is a real challenge due to the lack of uniformity in the tools used by the various departments. The current tools are underperforming and no longer meet current requirements in terms of usability and efficiency. In this context, the new ICTEAM application aims to create a new web-based application to standardize and improve the management and assignment of courses across departments. This application is intended to make up for the shortcomings of its predecessor while giving users access to a dedicated platform for accessing all information relating to course management and supervision. This thesis presents the various stages in the design and development of this application, detailing the technology choices made, the key functionalities, the areas for improvement, as well as the validations carried out in order to assess whether this new application meets the needs requested.
