Abstract
Marketers are confronted with the profound impact of the rapid evolution of social media and the relationship it brings between a company and its audience. As a result, the implementation of marketing and social media strategies is essential for companies to differentiate themselves from the competition. This thesis aimed to answer the following question: "How can Worksome increase its engagement on social media while differentiating itself from its competitors?”. In order to answer the research question, the thesis was divided into three main parts. The theoretical part went through the literature on digital marketing, consumer engagement, social media marketing and the analysis of a website. The second part analyzed the Worksome company, particularly their website and their social media and compared their social media to those of their main competitor depending on various concepts developed in the literature review. The last part concluded this thesis, along with some recommendations addressed to the company as well as the limits encountered during the realization of this project.
