Abstract: This thesis investigates the forecasting accuracy of Lhoist Europe, a key division of the Lhoist Group, which specializes in the production of lime and mineral solutions. The study evaluates the forecasting methods of Lhoist Europe by comparing current collaborative techniques with advanced statistical models, particularly exponential smoothing techniques. KPIs were analysed across distributed markets to identify areas for improvement.
