- Abstract
- New technologies, globalization, the race for performance, the pandemic are all elements that have an impact on working conditions and the evolution of living of human beings. In the context of the global health crisis resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, the incorporation of technologies in all areas of work activity has taken place drastically. Through the emergence of ICTs, and more specifically their introduction in education, we observe particular stress caused by the use of ICTs, called technostress. Facing the demands of our education system, teachers have found that insufficient support has been provided to help them cope with this enormous change. Therefore, three mechanisms will be studied as potentially preventive against the phenomenon of technostress: training, the good quality of technological equipment, and social and technical supports.
