- Abstract
- This study examined the links between the aggregate output of Indian districts by industry and the variation in weather variables, specifically temperature and precipitation, from the year 2000 to 2006. The goal of this research is to determine whether a non-linear relationship exists between the variables of interest at the local level, as has been established for country-level GDP, and to ascertain the extent to which non-agricultural industries are susceptible to weather conditions.
