Abstract
enThe Test Cells department, which is part of Safran Aero Boosters, designs test facilities for aero-engines. The purpose of these test cells is to test engines in flight conditions prior to their commercial use. Test Cells provides various test nacelle equipment. The company wishes to design a new slave thrust reverser for the CF34-10A engine and also to implement the best assembly and manufacturing technologies. This Master's thesis was realized during an internship within the company and aims to explain the different steps of the preliminary project. The projectwas managed by members of UCLouvain and by a project team within the company.
