Abstract
This master thesis aims to understand the agile implementation process and its consequences for Accenture’s clients by making an analysis of the maturity level and subsequently giving some recommendations to improve their maturity. The analysis was made through the elaboration of an agile survey to estimate its maturity. The thesis is divided in three parts; first, the review of literature which covers all the basics and key concepts of agility. It is necessary to understand these concepts as many of them are discussed in the second part. The second part takes up the analysis with the agile assessment made on the basis of a qualitative research by interviewing twelve Accenture’s employees that work for a specific client. From this assessment, a third part with the recommendations, including some limits and openings to future research, and conclusion is drawn up.
