Abstract
16 years after the Dotcom Bubble, excessive valuations and the proliferation of billion dollar startups have lead many to wonder: is the Internet facing another bubble? In this thesis, we will try to answer this question. After a review of the theoretical framework underlying bubbles, we will analyse the Dotcom Bubble of 1999-2000. Our discoveries will allow us to compile a unique set of indicators allowing us to clearly make our mind about the research question.
