- Today, out of the 7.7 billion of people living on the planet, 5.1 billion are connected. We are facing a global digital transformation and indicators are showing an increasing number of connections each year. In this new digital era, the main question is: how can we best use new technologies to improve our lives and how are technologies reshaping the world? As a university student, these questions have challenged me in my daily life, in my interactions with my teachers or peers. I questioned myself and was eager to understand and explore how digital tools and related innovative technologies could potentially improve student success in higher education.
