Abstract
This thesis provides a detailed analysis of Urbike's data, a bicycle delivery company, as well as a study of the improvements and novelties that could be integrated to obtain better performances. The first part hence consists in analysing more in details Urbike's data. Afterwards, in order to optimize their tours management, a resolution method for the VRP using Branch-and-Cut technique is build, with the use of the separation problem to prevent the existence of subtours. This method is implemented in the language Xpress Mosel. It is then used to make a comparison with Urbike's current operation, and afterwards in the fiction of opening new depots.
