Abstract
In an era of digitalization, companies are constantly innovating with the digital tools at their disposal. The banking sector is no exception and digitalizes its services and products. However, although those services facilitate the operations of the majority of the population, there is still a minority suffering from the digital gap that cannot benefit from it. The research conducted in this thesis is the development of a business model based on speech recognition that aims to help these people suffering from the digital divide.
